The industrial automation equipment system required by thermal power plants mainly has the following categories:
Thermal automation system
Distributed control system (DCS) : It can realize the functions of data acquisition system (DAS), analog quantity control system (MCS) and sequence control system (SCS) for thermal power plant units. For example, the water level, steam temperature and steam pressure of the boiler, the speed and power of the turbine and other analog quantities are precisely controlled, and the sequential operation of the equipment is automatically managed.
Boiler furnace safety monitoring system (FSSS) : mainly used to monitor and control the combustion process of the boiler to prevent safety accidents such as furnace explosion. It can strictly monitor and protect the ignition, flameout, fuel supply and air volume regulation of the boiler.
Turbine digital electro-hydraulic control system (DEH) : Through the electro-hydraulic conversion device, the electrical signal is converted into hydraulic signal, and the amount of steam intake is accurately controlled, so as to realize the adjustment of the turbine speed, power and other parameters, and ensure the stable operation of the turbine.
Electrical automation system
Transformer group protection system: includes generator protection, transformer (including main transformer, high plant transformer, high standby) protection, etc., in the form of generator-transformer group protection or generator-transformer line group protection, used to protect generators and transformers and other equipment from short circuit, overcurrent, overvoltage and other faults.
Generator excitation regulation system (AVR) : composed of excitation regulation device, power unit, machine end transformer, etc., the main role is to regulate the excitation current of the generator, maintain the stability of the generator end voltage, and improve the stability and dynamic performance of the power system.
Power plant booster station network monitoring system (NCS) : covering high voltage line protection, bus protection, low voltage line protection measurement and control device, background monitoring system, "five defense", RTU, etc. The automatic operation control of the booster station can be realized, and the electrical equipment of the booster station can be monitored and controlled in real time to ensure the safe transmission and distribution of power.
Coal transport automation system
Belt conveyor monitoring system: used to monitor the running state of the coal conveyor belt, including belt speed, deviation, slip, tear and other faults detection and alarm, but also to achieve the belt start-stop control and chain protection.
Bunker level monitoring system: Through the material level meter and other equipment real-time monitoring of the coal level height of the bunker, to provide a basis for the operation and scheduling of the coal delivery system, to ensure that the bunker has enough coal to supply the boiler combustion, while preventing the bunker full or empty.
Water treatment automation system
Make-up water treatment system: used to treat the make-up water of the thermal power plant to make it meet the water quality requirements of the boiler. It usually includes the automatic control of coagulation, precipitation, filtration, reverse osmosis, ion exchange and other process links, and realizes the accurate control of the water treatment process through online water quality monitoring instruments and automatic control equipment.
Condensate water fine treatment system: purify the condensate water of the steam turbine, remove impurities and salts in the water, and ensure the quality of the condensate water. The system has automatic filtration, resin regeneration and other functions, through automatic control to achieve equipment start-stop, operation parameter adjustment and fault alarm.
Metering automation system
Automatic unmanned metering system: integrates a number of intelligent functions, through accurate positioning technology, can grasp the position of the vehicle in real time, and reasonable scheduling of vehicle traffic order, but also has intelligent queuing and calling function. The system can automatically record the weighing data, and compare the weight data of the factory and mine, and immediately alarm when the data is abnormal.
