GE PAC8000 SafetyNet控制器系统

Proficy SafetgNet是GE智能平台目前提供的主要技术之一，是一种经济、高效的功能安全系统，能够满足当今紧急停车、火气和锅炉管理等方面的安全要求。

PAC8000 SafetyNet 系统是 GE智能平台产品家族的一个新增产品。与 PAC8000 控制系统共享一个基础平台，研发和认证了新型SafetyNet 控制器、新型接地泄漏故障检测（EFLD）控制器底板以及两个新型 SafetyNet I/O 模块。SafetyNet 系统使用与过程控制产品相同的接线端子、I/O 模块底板和电源。其配置和应用设计使用安全应用专用软件工具进行 —— 但是共享一个相同的编程环境。

PAC8000 SafetyNet 系统采用与 PAC8000 常规控制系统相同的基础结构，此外还结合了如下特别开发的组件：

● SafetyNet控制器（8851-LC-MT）

● 接地泄漏故障检测专用控制器底板（8751-CA-NS）

● SafetyNet I/O 模块——带 HART 模拟量输入模块（8810-HITX）

和离散 I/O 模块（8811-IO-DC）

● 用于 SafetyNet 系统的组态 WorkBench 软件 WorkBench

（8841-LC-MT）

PAC8000产品的关键特征是开放性。SafetyNet 节点可与标准PAC8000节点、数据仓库和资产管理和HMI通过冗余容错以太网络通讯，速度高达100Mbit/s。

标准 I/O 模块以及 SafetyNet I/O 模块同时可以装在SafetyNet节点上，不会对节点的功能安全造成影响。只有标准应用才可以读取标准模块上的数据，但是标准应用和SafetyNet 应用均可以向标准模块写入数据。这种灵活性可以简化硬件设计。
